stopsafewayonsolano.org is a community website created by long-standing neighbors of the Safeway store on Solano Avenue in Albany, CA.  Most of us have been shopping at Safeway for decades and value our relationship with our neighbor.  Unfortunately, Safeway has released plans to build a new store that will have a significant negative impact on the quality of life for many residents.

This site exists to help steer Safeway and our city representatives in the right direction.
